We currently ship the product from Malaysia (mainly from KUCHING).

Of course we will bear the courier charges fully, but deliveries may take longer (not more than 4 working days).


Delivery Conditions :

1)     Please confirm that the address you have submitted is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong addresses.

2)     The delivery charge is based on the price as the standard delivery service company. 

3)     The delivery charge covers all costs of delivery services without adding more costs. 

4)     This site system is set to automatically calculate the delivery costs as well with the purchased item(s). 

5)     We will only receive orders before 2pm everyday. Any order that is placed later than 2pm will be handled as the next day's orders. 

6)     If customers have not received their products by the fourth day after ordering, please contact our customer service staff immediately

7)     If the customers do not take any action when they have not received the item within the fifth day, we will automatically consider that the delivery goods have reached the customers.

8)     If customers are not satisfied with the purchased goods, for example damaged goods, kindly contact our customer service staff.

9)     If customers are unsatisfied with the purchased goods because they have wrongly chose the wrong style, colour or code when placing their orders, we will not take any responsibility on that matter.

10)   The company has the right to adjust the cost of any delivery service depending on the changes of the delivery courier.
