Warranty & Return
All our products come with at least 3 to 12 months warranty claim (or longer period if explicitly mentioned).
The Warranty will follow of Manufature's or Local Warranty. (Please kindly refer to Product Description before purchasing any product.)
Local Warranty (JET Computer Product)
1) Post back the product with the Warranty Card (JET Computer Sales & Services Company) to our process office.
2) When received, Warranty Service Department will update you the warranty days taken.
3) After we have received from the supplier warranty product, we will contact you for delivery arrangement.
Warranty By Dealer
If the product is mentioned in description warranty by Local Dealer, buyer can directly contact Dealer for warranty matters.
If the product is deemed defect and repairment is needed, please send to us with trackable parcel shipment.
Please kindly insert a note in the return parcel indicating your full name, address, contact number, email, defect description (as detailed as possible).
How to Claim Warranty ?
Warranty Under Local JET Computer
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our store, and agree to take note the cost/risks associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us.
Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service such as poslaju with parcel tracking services.
Warranty Under Manufature
You can directly contact the Manufature Company or send back to JET Computer Office.
Return Detail :
We offer a 10 days return policy if your goods are defective or damaged during transit. Please contact us and we will gladly replace it for you or refund if we are out of stock. For goods in which there are no defects or errors made on our part, we must receive the item back in new condition in the original packaging.
For Return Issue :
1) Received the wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, you can return it back and we will send the correct item (your order) to you on the same day after receiving the returned item.
2) Product/Packaging Damaged
If you have received a damaged packaging or product, you can email us the pictures and please return back the item immediately. We will replace it with the new item and send it again for you on the same day after receiving the returned item.
3) It must be dealed within 10 working days from delivery date.
4) The goods must be in its original condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it (excluding shipping damage issue).
5) All sealed items must not be opened.
NOTE : Wrong order issues are NOT ACCEPTED for this return service.
